St. Patty's Day Fight

On Saturday, I met up with a bunch of friends for dinner and a fight, then back to my place for a little campfire.  It was so much fun and I am so glad that we had the opportunity.  I try to preserve my friend's identities, so limit my use of images with them on here.  But, I am very glad to be able show you some of the pictures from the fights.  We had front row seats!  It was AWESOME!  Especially not having to sit behind people.

I took my point-and-shoot camera, so I apologize for the quality of the images, especially the motion shots.  I just was not about to bring my big DLSR to a fight with a whole bunch of drunk people on St. Patrick's Day!!  -- I did wear green, though!

* For those of you who don't know, MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts.  It was created in order to reveal what martial art form would be the most successful in a fight (for real-life use).  So people of all disciplines gather from around the world to fight.  The championships are called UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship).  We had a smaller scale championships at the fight we went to (which was both boxing and MMA) in which some winners won belts.  The boxing was fun, but the MMA was amazing.
